TIPS TO DEAL WITH FAST AGING


WHAT IS AGING: aging is the changes or dynamics that occurs due to time growth in man, animal or plant. but  in this case we are dealing with man.

Aging occurs due to many other factors apart from normal age transitions. Aging is something that is inevitable to any living creature. but aging can be controlled in a lot of ways., this gives man a lot of concern especially when an individual of 30 years is looking way older than a 50 year old individual. there are many ways or links that contributs to fast aging in man. examples of these links are Hormones, and many of the likes.

it gives women individuals a lot concern in comparism to male individuals, especially because, the women are prone to a lot hormonal changes.

But not too worry, because i will be coaching you on some possible tips to deal with fast aging.

👉ENGAGE IN WEIGHTLESS EXERCISE: this means exercises that are without lift carrying, in other to avoid cardiac arrest, and arthritis. exercise will help you in normal blood circulations. either engage in exercises like walking, dancing, and mind meditations.it helps you  to stay active.

👉WORK WITH LIKE MINDS: In this like work out with minds that want to do away with whatever that contributes to fast aging.

👉FREQUENT VISIT OF YOUR HEALTH PHYSICIAN: you do not only visit your physician during health issues only but, you go for x rays to check yor bones, and check how your body is doing. in other to avert some possible health challenge, later.

👉SLEEPING: It is very important you sleep as it helps be body to rest. and the muscles are relaxed.

👉VISIT COMEDY CENTRES OFTEN: it is very important you do, cause, it help you laugh more and smiling helps you become more younger.

👉LISTEN TO BODY AND SOUL MUSIC: It aids in meditations and relaxation.

👉TAKE MORE FLUIDS AND VEGGIES: It helps the immune and aid in better blood purification and rejuvenates the skin.

👉AVOID STRESS: It weakens the body system.

👉 AVOID HARSH SOAPS FOR BATHING AND CREAMS: It hardens the skin and burns it too.

👉 ENGAGE IN LOVEMAKING RATHER THAN SEX OFTEN: It makes you haggard and weak ,and it could lead to weakness of the heart.

👉AVOID UNNECESSARY THINKING AND ANXIETY: This can lead to high blood pressures, and dry skin.

👉AVOID ALCOHOL AND SMOKES: It weakens the body from the inside of you, and it could lead to a portal for diseases.

👉Avoid MAKE UP: As they are chemicals and they kill the skin a lot.
